Falling Asleep at the Wheel

We have another Winter Storm Warning again. Good grief. I just stopped my phone because I fell asleep. Fortunately it was in my lap so it didn’t do much. Bear is out here with me. Stella stayed in bed so I will wrap her bowl and put it in the fridge.

Just today and tomorrow and I get a mini vacation. I said I would go in on Wednesday and do my cigarette order. Thursday is Thanksgiving here so we will be closed and I don’t want to have to try to do a crazy cigarette order on Friday when I come back. My order yesterday was messed up as it was. I need to call about that later today.

Beat knocked on the door to go out several times yesterday. I am very proud! He is learning things very quickly!

I took some new photos yesterday. I am going to try to share them today rather than wait. Since I keep falling asleep I had better do that now while I still can. Thanks for reading and stay safe!

I have been writing since I was about six years old. I love it! I enjoy drawing word pictures and getting people to think in different ways. I have not done much other than my personal journal over the past few years because both fear and betrayal have locked my writing box up tight. I seem to have lost the key. So this is me trying to pick the lock. I also love the interaction with my readers. There are so many diverse voices out there! Talking with others helps me work through my own problems and (I hope) helps others with theirs. I learn much about other cultures around the world that I might not otherwise know. Writing is how I connect with the world.
