No post today as my anxiety has gotten the best of me. I am having a severe panic attack and sick to my stomach.

      1. Got you, well you have got to try and relax. what might be bad today might not be bad tomorrow or next week and you’ll wonder why you were worrying about it. So ask yourself if you are able to relax and not make yourself anxious 🙂

      2. No, it’ll not help you. Do you not have a way to release that venting? a punch bag, kick ball, painting, shotting, long hard and fast walks?
