The Joy of Doing Nothing

I did absolutely nothing yesterday.  I sat outside and read (after snoozing on the couch with Stella in my arms for a bit).  It was sunny and almost 60F (15C).  I threw the occasional toy but mostly I read and drank coffee.  It was a good day!  I finished Robin Cook’s Contagian last night so now I can move on to the next book I pick out.

Stella was sick this morning after breakfast.  I am not sure why since it was just breakfast that came up.  I didn’t find any foreign objects (she has actually been very good about not eating toys etc. lately) so something made her sick.  She didn’t even try to re-eat it.  I’m not sure if I should worry or not.  I guess we’ll see.

I have a meeting tonight so I will come home and spend some time with the family before I head out.  No meeting tomorrow morning though.  I got changed to 9am this morning so I will be short a meeting this month.

I have tucked everyone in and they are snoozing.  I got everything together last night which was smart on my part.  I just looked at the clock.  I hope to work on the novel today at work.  I need to at least do some brainstorming.  It is supposed to rain off and on so that may work in my favor.  I need to get it together.  Thanks for reading!  I hope you have a great day!
