Finding Hidden Gems

I got an extra meeting to cover last minute yesterday for which I am grateful.  With taxes coming up I need all the help I can get.  I have had to use some of the tax money to cover bills.  But I am proud that I have been able to set some money aside.

I got all my writing set out yesterday morning and did not get much done.  It was more of a dabbling day.  I jotted notes on the novel and essay and read a little bit on the review book.  Part of me is disappointed that I did not get more done.  But I did get a load of laundry done as well as switching out dishes and making a fresh round of puppy treats.  I am hoping to get a bit more done at work.  The problem is I have to get the trailer warm enough.  Since I work every other day the heater only runs while I am there.  As cold as it has been at night it takes a few hours before the trailer (atleast where I am sitting) to get warm enough to pull out a pen to write.  It is cold enough the pens won’t work.

I should get my quartz today.  I am very excited!  I don’t know what it is about me and rocks and such.  Legend has it if you throw sesame seeds on the ground in front of a vampire they will have to stop and count each seed.  Similarly if you put a pile of rocks in front of me I must stop to look through them.  lol  I have scores of rocks and fossils through out the house that I have found over the years. I even had a friend bring me back a small tub of sand and stones from the ocean so I could sort through and look for shark’s teeth! That was fun!❤️

I see by the clock that I need to move it. Thanks for reading! I hope you have a great day!
